- We will deliver your order as quickly as possible. We use ANC, Royal Mail, Pacel2go and Parcel Force among others. If we receive your order and cleared payment before 2pm we will endeavor to dispatch your order the same day. Parcels should be received within 3-10 working days. This only applies Monday to Friday; excluding bank holidays, and deliveries within Mainland UK.

If Goods are found to be faulty or damage on delivery, then please arrange to send back to Clearance Catering Supplies at 10a Silver Business Park, Airfield Way, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 3TA. The buyer will be responsible for any carriage costs incurred in returning the item, we will not refund the cost of return carriage.

The buyer will be responsible for any carriage costs incurred in returning the item. If item is returned and in new sale-able condition there will be a 25% restocking fee. - Ordering
- When you have completed your order a confirmation is sent to your registered email, when the item/s are dispatched another email notification will be sent which includes your tracking number.
